Our transitional living program helps the youths transition from one stage of life to another, typically from dependency to independence. We provide a safe, stable, and structured environment where individuals can develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive independently. This program helps youths aging out of foster care or leaving juvenile justice systems play a crucial role in bridging the gap between institutional care and independent living. We provide housing, life skills training, education, and support to help these individuals transition into adulthood.
