Our Independent Living Program (ILP) is a specialized program designed to assist and support youth who are transitioning out of the foster care system or other forms of out-of-home care. The program’s focus is to equip these young individuals with the necessary skills and resources to live independently as they age out of care. We provide them with life skills training and educational support to navigate the challenges of becoming self-sufficient adults. Through our tailored Independent Living Program (ILP), we aim to empower these resilient youths with the tools essential for successful transitions into independent living.
