Assessment Services
Behavioral Health services are conducted by licensed and master level psychotherapists within our who are skilled at conducting assessment, formulating a diagnosis, developing a plan of care; and providing individual, family, and group treatment to the youth and families we services.
Assessment Services
In collaboration with each youth’s parent or guardian, we will obtain parental consent to conduct various in-depth screenings, assessments, and evaluations to gather information about the youth’s developmental, biological, psychological, social, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
The assessments are to assist us with determining what may be the contributing factors to the youth’s behavior, necessity for services, and placement at C.H.O.I.C.E. within 30 days from the youth’s admission date.
The following assessment services are provided based on the youth’s needs:
- Mental Health Status Exam
- In-depth Functional Assessment
- Functional Behavioral Assessment
- Biopsychological Evaluation
- Diagnostic Interview Assessment
- Treatment Planning Development and Review
